for a particular services ticket subject and services are the same and I don't want users to type in. Is there a way to autofill it?

google for "Template OTRS blog" and you'll find the "my bonny is over the ocean" article in blog.otrs.com
works similar in OTRS6

I was able to autofll only the ticket body for customers and not agents, and I didn't know what was the "subject" variable...
