Dashlets - Filtering my owner

Post by fcollerette »

Hi I'm trying to get a dashlet that would work similarly to "My tickets"

I'm actually trying to do this show all opened ticket that I am the owner.
If I would put that in a string we could say "Owner=Me"
I could do something like "Owner=Agent Name" but that would cause me to do a dashlet for everyone that needs that function so I'm trying to "not go" this route.

I created a few dashlets without too much problems but seems I can't find what I'm looking for.

Can someone help me ?

Thanks

Actually, I'm looking for something a little bit more like this : Owner=%agent%;

or more like this : Owner=<OTRS_Agent_UserFirstname> <OTRS_Agent_UserLastname>;

Hi everyone,

I finally went with "Responsible" instead of "Owner"

When you activate the "Reponsible" module, you have "My responsabilities" that is added as "filter" in "Open Tickets"

Don't overlook the dashlets already present with three tabs including your own locked tickets for the dashlet.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Thanks, I noticed the "locked" status.

We are a small internal IT team and thus we don't really want to "lock" tickets so that if anyone has time, they can take over.

That's why I went towards the "responsible" module.

Works quite fine !
