Hello everyone
Someone could help, it happens that messages arrive to me by mail that put the clients to the root account but I have a page in .net where my agents check the status of their tickets, previous this process was automatic, now I have to bring it from the configuration of the mail account from OTRS so that they can be visualized in this template. Somebody could help me to leave it automatically again. Thank you very much.
I do not load the automatic tickets in the root account from my page in .net
