I was wondering if there is a way to sort the columns in the order I want.
Since we use OTRS (2015), we built a statistic which follow our daily work. It is compiled into a master Excel file by a simple copy and paste operation.
The issue is that, following OTRS upgrades, the sorting of columns was different between versions of OTRS. And now, it is not a simple copy and paste, but it need to move data in the right order of the existing table.
So question is : how can I choose the X column order "StateIDs" of the below stats ?
