Hello, I stuck with filters, i guess the answer is very obvious but i have not found it yet
this set of criteria works (the email goes to another Q + new responsible agent)
this set does not work at all! i tried other ways, it seems like it does not want to work when criteria is more than 1 (which does not make any sense)
+ i did not find CustomerID as a criteria (since FROM does not work as well)
please advise what I am doing wrong =( or please share examples where filters work OK
thanks!

Re: Postmaster filter question
what do you want to achieve? Why do you use negated filters?

Hellojojo wrote:what do you want to achieve? Why do you use negated filters?
i would like to move incoming to OTRS emails to different queues based on criterias
for example if in a subject some word is mentioned, it should go to some exact Q, not the default one
in generally i need to know how these filters work, look easy but looks like im missing smth
the given examples were given for tests
Re: Postmaster filter question
in your examples you ticked the negate checkbox which will negate the used filter (NOT)

Do not Negate (cancel) your filter.
Here is a (very) simple example of a FROM that moves any email from a specific address to a specific queue:
