Ater finish the RPM install and DB-Upgrade without error I can Use OTRS exect the Ticket View.
When I Click on a Ticket I get an Error 500
Logfile says:

All Settings are on Default
I installed ITSM 6.0.1 maybe this can be the Problem ?
Deinstall don't solve because the ITSM-Settings remain in config ...
can anyone an Idea and can help me please to solve this Problem ?
