OTRS server Debian upgrade

Hello all

Is there some manual which says how to upgrade the Debian OS with OTRS deployed there.
Or rather regular manual should be followed?

Btw. Is there any other way to get latest perl version without Debian upgrade?

I do not know a complete doc.


You should see OS + application independend. So using tar file for the OTRS application is fine.
Updating OS with apt-get should be fine (depends on your configuration)


for upgrading perl on a (non-stable) debian without apt-get, you should consult a debian forum.
