Remove Subject from Article
I would like to remove the Subject field from articles. For example when a note is created or responsible is changed or your closing a ticket, etc. I've looked quite a bit and could not find this in the SysConfig. Are there any reasons why OTRS might have to have that field? If so, is there a way I can just make it not-mandatory?

Re: Remove Subject from Article
Hi,
every article is a combination of subject and body. The only way is to set a default value for the subject. This can be done for each view.
