Generic agent not running automatically

Hi Everyone,

My task is ::: The tickets that are present in the state="Resolved" after 10 minutes if there is no response from user it should close automatically move to state ="Closed"

in select tickets attribute ::(generic agent)

in Automatic execution i was running job for every 5mins intervals and i selected all hours and all days



but no luck i was trying hard for troubleshoot please some help me

Is the daemon running (are there other GenericAgents that do run)? Did you check if any ticket is matched (click "run this task" in the overview)? Are there any messages in the logs?

Solution we got on troubleshooting is :
Is the daemon running (are there other GenericAgents that do run)? ::::: NO DAEMON JOBS ARE NOT RUNNING BACKGROUND

when we use below commands :
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Daemon::List
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Daemon::Summary

output is : Error: Permission denied :/opt/otrs/kernel/config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm
Error: Permission denied :/opt/otrs/kernel/config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm

we have changed the permissions of SetPremission file in /opt/otrs/bin to ./otrs.SetPermissions.pl --web-group=apache

now working fine able to run the generic agent matched jobs automatically in scheduled time intervals perfectly.
