Hi all,
Need help - when close ticket and set note\Message (choosing external) customer receive email message about ticket successfully closed, but doesn't contain my note\message.
How I can configuring this option - when close ticket also write message to customer ?

Best is to use the reply functionality to send the reply to the customer and set the next state to pending auto close or to a closed state (Thats how it is designerd, don't try to copy the badly implemted way of other ticket systems.)
