Hello.
One of my agents recieved a email by event of NotificationPendingReminder that he has locked the ticket for a long time.
The problem is that Notification still continue to send email despite he had unlocked the ticket.
I(Admin) disabled the appropriate notification at the "Ticket Notification Management" page, and deleted the ticket by a job I created.
But OTRS still continue to send email.
How do I stop notification to send email at this ticket?

Hi,
Sounds like you have to fix the ticket's state. As long as the pending time is reached notifications will be send. That's what they are for.

I cannot change state because of I've already deleted the ticket
And I cannot find the troubled ticket in "ticket" table.

I've realized that our second system which restored from production backup is sending email.
I could not notice because of same email sender has.
