Problem.
A phone ticket is entered into otrs by an operator.
They have entered the the customers email address wrong.
The phone tickets seem to not get attached to any CustomerID and there are no way to correct the misstake.
Question.
Is there a way to enable the operator to correct the email address?
I am running OTRS 5.0.12 on a CentOS release 6.9 server.

In the ticket zoom there's the menu item "persons". There you can change the assigned customer.

Yes, that would do it, if I would make a new customer and a customer user.
It seems like there should be a way to just correct the email address.
