Hello, we are running OTRS 3.0.3. Our system pulls emails from Google Apps for Business account. When our clients send emails from Yahoo and Live.com with attachments, the newly created ticket doesn't have any attachments although they are clearly there in the Google Apps inbox. However, if the email was sent from any other provider, attachments show up. Any ideas what might be going on here?

I see several issues:
- you are using a very old unmaintained and unsecure version of OTRS and even not the latest patchlevel of it
- this might also be true for the Perl packages (to old, buggy)
So my suggestion:
- Upgrade to the latest version of OTRS and a new operating system
- check logging afterwards
