OTRS 5s Not sending emails

Hi all,

I have recently installed OTRS 5s on Centos 7 and now when I try to create a new ticket it doesn't sends email to any other email addresses except gmail. Sending and receiving emails to gmail works perfectly fine but I can't send email to hotmail email addresses or exchange email addresses.

Please help me.

You should check the logfiles (both the OTRS logfile and the one from the mailserver). Then check the settings of the mailserver. Is sending to some domains blocked? Also check the SPAM folder of the receiving mail box.

For hotmail it says sent and for office 365 i keep on getting this message Network is Unreachable. I don't know why it is still trying to connect to la******rs.com.au on local IP. OTRS server is behind my dns server and on my dns server la******rs.com.au is a AD domain but I have added a hosts file entry in otrs server to so it should go to global ip instead of local but still it keeps trying to send email from local server which is not a mail server.

Secondly for hotmail email addresses otrs says message sent but it is not even reaching my mail server. I am not sure which one to check?
