Standard Agents Creating Templates

Post by nltui »

Is there there a way for standard agents to create templates for queues? It seem like you currently need admin access for this function.
Thanks

Hi Neil,

You can configure the access to this function for regular users too, but as soon as they have access they have access to all templates.
If this is ok you have to add a group which the agents belong to - or the role they have - to all module registrations you need.

Here two example screenshots:

This didn't work with roles, but it did work with groups.

Thanks.

Of course you have to assign the proper group to the role (instead to the agent)
