Hey there,
How is Solution Time worked out by OTRS? I cannot find it in the database and many many searches online have not given me the answer I require.
I am trying to report on SLA time spent.
Can anyone let me know how this calculation occurs behind the scenes please?

Working time is always calculated by considering the relevant calendar.
