strange Queue View layout

Since this morning is the layout of the headers from the Queue view strange and difficult to use. All queues are displayed vertically in stead of a horizontal treeview. See attachment
I didn't change a thing since a few weeks.
What can be the reason?

CSS Cache might be not generated. Check your disk space

There was a out of diskspace error yesterday, thus it can be the problem. How can I regenerate the css-cache?

doesn't seem to help

bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete

seems to help (in a copy in a test environment). Is this a risk for something?

Hey,

no, it's no risk at all.
CacheCleanup only deletes the cache of the the CSS/JS loader.

The only *risk* is that the next page request will take considerable time (in our system around 10-15 seconds).
