OTRS removes agent roles

Hey everyone,

I cannot tell how and why, but I added a new role and added two agents two that role. One keeps inside there, but one gets kicked out everyday by nothing. Someone knowing a reason/possible solution?

As far as I know not, but this might be a reason. Where do I find this?

in your LDAP Config (search for Sync)

Do you mean in the Sysconfig?
Because the only thing I find under Sync is "Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task" which doesn't seem to have that option.

Might be in the Config.pm or in another file in Kernel/Config/Files
