Hi All!
Today I install ITSM 5.0.22 updates on my OTRS 5.0.6. All functions in Agent area working well, but when I try to open Customer personal area I see this error (see screenshot). Any ideas how can fix this problem? I think it's cache problem or JAVA but I don't know how fix it... Please help me...

I need to install OTRS 5.0.22 now? Or I can downgrade ITSM modules to 5.0.6?

It's always this way: first OTRS to 5.0.22 then ITSM to the same version. Install 5.0.22 and reinstall ITSM 5.0.22.
Do you have a proper working backup?

Bad news for me, because no working backup... May be I can uninstall ITSM -> upgrade OTRS -> install ITSM?
And how I can make full backup (services,SLA,tickets,settings and etc.)?

deinstallation of modules will delete the data...
backup can be done via the backup.pl
But as it seems that Linux based server operations are not your daily business I suggest to hire professional services
