Error after migrate OTRS.

Hello, I had installed OTRS 4.0.8 (Appliance) in ubuntu, and the idea was to pass it to a Debian and then migrate to OTRS 5.

First install Debian and OTRS 4.0.8.
Then with the script, backup (in ubuntu), and restore (in the new debian) restore the backup.
For some reason when trying to restore the backup gave me some errors, to correct this first I had to restore only the DB, and then the Config and Application files.

It seems to have gone well, but in the logs I get the following errors and the tickets are not being generated.

These two are the errors, obviously several times each repeating for all the queues I had in my previous OTRS, and several TypeID, not only the 15.

I have noticed that if I go to the Admin panel, and I go to the Queues. There do not appear the queues I had in the past, but if I try to add them manually I get a sign saying that the queue already exists !.
