CMDB Locks up
Hello,
We just upgraded from 4.0.4 (I know we were way behind) to 5.0.22. When going into to CMDB and clicking on it I get the drop down menu. I can select overview and see all my assets. I can click on one of my assets but then if I want to edit it, I click edit and it doesn't do anything. I can't click Back, History, Edit, Print, Link, Duplicate or Delete. If I do they lock everything up. After clicking on one of those options and nothing happening, if I wanted to click on Tickets it doesn't do anything. I have tried, IE, Chrome and Mozilla and all do the same thing. Any thoughts? Thanks

BTW...it doesn't actually lock up the browser...it just doesn't allow to click and go somewhere in OTRS. If I hover over Tickets it still highlights it. Almost like by clicking on the Edit, there is no link to go anywhere.

Re: CMDB Locks up
Strange. This was a know issue (can't find the bug at bugs.otrs.org though), but it was fixed already. Maybe somehow the issue returned.jschlueter wrote:Hello,
