Hello good day
I am trying to import a number of CI into OTRS::ITSM. I have the templates and the fields setup and my csv is filled correctly.
However everytime I do the import it enters one CI then the server reports a 500 Server Error. The strange thing is that I can find no errors in the logs (or maybe I am looking in the wrong place)
/var/log/httpd/error_log
/var/log/message
I have turned on debugging and yet still nothing. I really need to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated.
OTRS::ITSM 5s
Centos 7

Re: Import of CI into CMDB results in Server Error
Hi,
Maybe there is another httpd error_log, e.g. for ssl or a virtual host.
