Hi,
just an information: What's default lock state after ticket closing? Most of my tickets are in "unlock" except for a specific queue where all the closed tickets are in "lock".
I don't know if agents belonging to that queue work tickets in different way than other ones.

By default it's unlock. I would consider checking GenericAgents maybe one's setting the lock permanent.
