Every time I try to enable SecureMode in the SysConfig on the web app, it diverts back to disabled. I even changed the line in the /Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm file.
Every time I save, it goes back to "no" in the SecureMode field.
What should I do?

Check Kernel/Config.pm if it's set there. And change it there. And read the first lines of Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm
