OTRS 5.0.20 Generic Agent does not delete spam tickets. I was spam attacked 53 times on all otrs mail accounts, otrs created 53 tickets on all queues.
To clean up created job for Generic Agent as root@localhost:
Select Tickets->Title: viagra
Execute Ticket Commands: Send agent/customer notifications on changes: No
Execute Ticket Commands: Delete tickets: Yes
Save Changes: Submit
After clicked 'Run This Task' - all 53 spam tickets displayed. Clicked 'Run job'. Later clicked Dashboard and still see 53 spam tickets. Again clicked 'Run This Task' - all 53 spam tickets displayed. Clicked 'Run job'. 53 spam tickets still in dashboard. Nothing rally removed. No error in logs.
Finally manually moved every of 53 spams to Junk queue. Then created Generic Agent Job to remove all in Junk queue and this worked.
Still do not understand why root@localhost user does not remove spam tickets.
