Reports and statistics - broader searches

Hello everyone!

When I do either a search or a statistics report (Stat#), I can select , say, the service "cleaning" and the queue "Janitors".

Then I get all the tickets from that queue which also have that service.

How can I compose a search, or better yet a Stat# item that contains any ticket which is either in the Janitors queue (of any service), or which has the cleaning service (in any queue)?

I'll go back now and see if I can just combine two Stat# items somehow.
