Hi,
some of my agents is encountering (probably a bug) an issue when they change ticket title from "Addition ITSM Fields".
In the dashboard the ticket is reported with the new title but under "queue view" the ticket still reports the old title. Is this a bug?

seems to be wrong config

jojo i found the issue....it is only a visualization issue. Under queue view if i select "small" view the field title is reported as "From/Subject" and does not display the new title. Instead, in "medium" and "large" visualization the new title is correctly displayed.....jojo wrote:seems to be wrong config
