Hello,
I'm trying to change the default template for the "outgoing eMail" function of a ticket. Currently only the TicketID is being added to the Subject field. Is there a way to add the Ticket subject too?

the intention of this screen is not to disclose any information on the ticket (unlike reply or forward). So there is no configuration to change this
