Hi Guys,
right at the beginning I want to apologize for perhabs made writing mistakes.
My problem:
I tried to implement INBOX-Mails as tickets in OTRS.
For that, I added a mail account into the "Postmaster" section.
Now, when I try to fetch the new Mails, I get this Error:
The Mail-host is an exchange2010-Server
The IP in the screenshot (192.168.0.25) is the IP of the Proxy-Server
How can i fix this problem?

as the error states, username or password is wrong.
Check the spellings and if the user is allowed to use imap in the exchange settings

The problem was: I used the "imap" function all the time. I switched to "imaps" now - and everything is working!
