FAQ: Automatic link with some tickets

Hi team,

Scenario:

Code: Select all

CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core)
OTRS 5.0.20

Is there any way to automatically connect specific FAQs to some types of tickets, obeying rules such as:
From:
For:
Subject:

I can already move the ticket to queue and change the type through PostMaster Filters, but I would also like to automatically connect own FAQs that obey these filters.
