All services arent listed.

Good afternoon!

I have a problem:

I have created several types of services (about 20).

The problem is that when an agent tries to create a new telephone ticket, in the service section they dont all appear. Only 10 or 11 services appear and thats it.

Someone knows what can occur?

Hi,

Maybe you did not selected them as default services? Admin => Customer User <-> Services => Edit default services
