I have had some wonderful help on getting me this far.
I have been able to edit CustomerTicketMessage.tt, namely the *text field, however, this presents the same "template" for each queue. Would it be possible to have a template per queue? I am not very good at coding, but something similar to a case statement for which template to present depending on the queue selected.
If anyone has a setup similar to this, would you be willing to share your code?
