Hi Folks,
I have installed otrs in ubuntu and testing the features for our internal requirement.
Last week I have followed the admin manual and configured otrs to fetch mail via crontab and it was working fine. But suddenly it stopped fetching mail , if I go to GUI and manually click on "fetch mail", it can download email and update a ticket.
Let me know how can I solve this.
I have attached my crontab config and syslog, let me know if you need other logs.
otrs: 4.0.10
Ubuntu: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
