Hi,
I just want to ask, what could be the reason why the RAM is already full but
when we reboot the system of OTRS, the RAM will used half of the memory.
The only user that we have are 4-9 agents per day.
Please help us, as we are facing the issue again and again.
Thank you so much!

Re: OTRS is super SLOW
Consumption of memory depends on many settings. Details on you setup were helpful (memory size, running services, etc).
When a process starts the memory footprint must not be the same after he runs a time.

Thank you so much for fast reply,
Is it connected somewhat in generic agents that runs every after 2-3 mins?
we do have 40+ jobs that are running every 2-3 mins. Do we need to minimize the jobs that we've configured?
or do we need to add RAM for our TRS system. we have 4GB RAM as of the moment.
Thank you!
