Hi,
i still don't understand if import tickets is not possible or possible with an extreme effort. I'd like to import several tickets from our old TTS and i'd do it manually if possible but i tried to change ticket dates directly on DB but it does not affect data visualization (still see the original date).
Anyone could suggest me?
Thanks
