Hello,
OTRS 5.0.16
How do I configure OTRS to send an email notification to the ticket owner when the answer was added by the responsible? At every reply by the person responsible for the ticket should be sent a notification to the owner.
I set this notification:
Event:NotificationFollowUp
Filter: empty
Recipients:
Notification is sent to the owner only if the new message comes from customer.pl. If I add a new message from index.pl, this notification is not sent to the owner.
Is it possible to send a notification if the agent responds? Notification comes when the customer responds.

I solved the problem. I added an ArticleCreate event.
