Hi
We have observed while sending the emails from OTRS we are unable to send any text to our clients sometimes means the emails are getting delivered without any text to the clients.
What can be the issue ? what I found where the tails so very long and on every trail there is a signature with logos and images there it happens but I am not sure. Is it true or any bug, please help I am using OTRS 3.0.9

Update to the latest version, check the log

You have to go the complete path 3.0.x -> 3.1.latest -> 3.2.latest -> 4.0.latest -> 5.0.latest.
Only OTRS 4 and 5 are the current versions.
