End-user and Services issue

Hi,
every end user tried to login in customer portal saw every services. I really don't know why, now just me see all the services while all other members are able to see just one service.

In customer user <-> services in edit default services all services are enabled by default. If i try to view a specific association for a user different from me it has enabled just one service. Unchecked and the user is able to view all the services. But in this way i should modify every user.

Could it be a bug after upgrade to 5.0.19?
