Hi
I was able to add a dynamic field for tickets but just in misc->free text position.
I'd like to add "my dynamic filed" close to the other action in the toolbar, for example where there are "print, priority, back, misc ecc"
It is possible modify widget?

Re: Dynamic filed in ticketviewzoom toolbar
If you want a completly new button you need to modify files. If you "only" want to extend an existing button, you can do it via sysconfig.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
Re: Dynamic filed in ticketviewzoom toolbar
it could be ok also to extend "misc" button for example...

What files i need to modify in order to add a new button? I'd like to create a new button called "dynamic_field_name" that open a popup and show the widget "dynamic fields" that now is shown under FreeText. Is it possible?
Re: Dynamic filed in ticketviewzoom toolbar
[EDIT]:
i could add a new buttons simply copying FreeText Action and rename them. But now new popup are always FreeText (obviously it's copied ) and if i hide some fields from sysconfig this action affects orginal FreeText too. Do i need to create a new action? How?
THanks
