Hi,
i'm encountering a permissions problem when manage subqueues. I have a MAIN queue and 2 sub-queue (2nd line and 3rd line). For the agents belonging to the MAIN queue i created a specific role has "RO/Move to/Note/Create" permissions for the two 2 subqueues. When i try to login as agent in the MAIN queue i cannot view ticket in the subqueues.... need more permissions?

no, RO is sufficient. But if you use Dashboard or Queue view only tickets in queues with RW will show up. (Search and Status view will show also the ones with RO permission)
