Hi,
apologize in advance if the question has been already posted: i'd like to color a single raw in agent ticket overview based on type: we manage essentially two types of tickets: service requests and incidents. What parameters should i modify?

thanks!!!! i'm noticing the hook is based for queues...how can change the key in order to match "ticket type" instead queue?

reeneb addons works fine. i want ask you if it's possible, when the ticket is matched, change also the font color.....for example in dashboard widgets.
