Hi all!
As per the title really. I have created a stat of type TicketAccountedTime and chosen Accounted time by Agent for the X-axis but on the Y-axis I dont have a Ticket# option. Am I missing something or is there another way to do this?
I just want to find out how much time each agent has spent on a ticket, rather than using the TicketList which just gives me a total.
