New installation on Centos 7 - Permission Denied everywhere

Hi,

I have the job of select one helpdesk software for my company and today i was trying OTRS 5.

I setup my centos 7 and follow on guide to install otrs but after that i get error 500 on browser, after i check the logs this was the result:

Anyone knows how to solve this?

switch off SELINUX

Its turned off... But still gave that error

Check file permissions - there should be even a script for it.
