Hi!
When an agent goes into the queue view, we want the default to be that "All tickets" are chosen as shown below.
Interesting we have a live and a test system. On live, it always defaults to "Available Tickets" and on test it always defaults to "All Tickets" (which is what we want on live). I checked sysconfig but couldnt find an option so i thought i'd throw it out there in case some kind soul had an answer. Clearly we have changed something on one of the systems but I dont know what it is!
Thanks a lot!
Brendan

Add ;Filter=All to the Link value in Frontend::Agent###AgentTicketQueue (Moduleregistration) and maybe in the toolbar settings too

Re: Queue View - Default to All tickets not Available tickets
Hi and thanks so much for the response. That works great, now when I click on Queue view, it works on the first screen that loads (My Queues), but when I click on another queue it then goes back to "Available tickets" again. So close!
Is there a way I can make it apply this setting for all queues I click on in the queue view?
Thanks!
Brendan

This needs customization

Re: Queue View - Default to All tickets not Available tickets
Im confused. As I mentioned in the initial post, on the test system, which was cloned from live around 3 weeks ago we have the desired behaviour. I tried with 2 agent and both of them do exactly what I want, but on live it doesent work. I dont know what I may have changed on test so that it always defaults to "All Tickets" but its working like that, regardless of what queue I click on it stays as "All Tickets".
What settings I have found have been identical on both servers but I dont claim to have checked every one in sysconfig!
Is there anything we could be missing here?
Brendan

Ok, did you compared your SysConfig of both systems? Is the file Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm. Maybe it's a KIX feature - sth. I really not willing to dig into
