Everything works just fine, but the OTRS syslog is flooded with the "Need module!" messages.
Apache error_log contains records like this:
Code: Select all

4. etc... I guess, this error is emmited by allmost every page.
but traceback is allways identical.
Can anyone help me with figuring out:
1. How to identify which exactly module is needed?
2. How to identify what exactly is malfunctioning in my OTRS because of that issue? Everything's fine seemingly.
I've tried toggling the syslog level to DEBUG, bit it changed nothing - no information about the name of the needed module apeared in the log messages.
The only guess I have: that issue somehow is connected to the LDAP authenification of agents. Because that feature is the only one that doesn't work.

it is all green, exept the syslog...
