How to create Dashboard with manual SQL Query.

is it possible to make a manual SQL in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/DashboardTicketGeneric.pm?

i want to filter ticket with same dynamic field (1 column) with multiple values (many values).

please help. i'm new to otrs.
