Is it possible when closing a ticket, to save it directly in the FAQ?
This would be a nice benefit, so the Agents have not to create the faq-article manually in the FAQ-sector.

Re: Save closing ticket in FAQ
Hi,
Of course it is possible! OTRS is a open source software, so everything is possible
I think what you need is a new Event. There is a lot of material here about how to implement a new Event.
Another option would be to code a Module and execute it using a Generic Agent.
Best regards!

Re: Save closing ticket in FAQ
Just adding the text as a FAQ could be "dangerous". You should force the user to edit the new FAQ as it could have sensitive data in it (e.g. customer names).
