Hi,
I have a generic agent job that moves tickets of a certain state into a specific queue and puts them on pending, however I dont want slave tickets to be moved as well.
Currently if I change the state of the master, it changes the state of the slaves and then the slaves move queues as well. I would like the generic agent to ignore tickets of type Slave so they stay where they are.
I cannot see anything in the options that could do this, but maybe I am missing something. Could anyone please help?
Thanks,
Brendan

Re: Generic Agent - Select Non Slave tickets only
Hi,
I'm interested in a similar thing as well. I only want to report on tickets that are NOT slave tickets for SLA purposes.
I can find that it is possible to specify a master ticket but is there a ticket atribute that can be selected (or NOT selected) for slave tickets?
/Regards Christer
