Generic Agent - auto increase/decrease priority of tickes at specific time

Is it possible to increase the priorities of all tickets which are not closed at a specific time?
When yes, how does it work?

In our company it is common to work on tickets which have the most important priority.
So in the ticket list, the most important one will be displayed first.
After a day passes, the priority schould be increased for example from (2) -> important to (1) -> very important.
