mistake I put the Admin Group Invalid. And Lost Access to the Admin menu
my database lives on a post grey SQL on a difference server and i use pgadmin to manage it

i fixed it for all those having this issue.
cd /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/
sudo nano ZZZAAuto.pm
do ctrl and search for {'Admin'}
change the group to anther group you have access to as well as
{'AdminGroup'} and {'AdminRoleGroup'}
then i could change the admin back to valid and change all those back to admin
